I approached Amie with a few screen shots of dresses that I liked the concept of but there wasn't one individual dress that ticked all the boxes! After chatting and drawing up a quick sketch I knew I wanted to leave the long and delicate task of building my bespoke wedding dress to AMIE! I have had multiple fittings along the way and AMIE built a dress exactly to my requirements and needs. Not only that, she also customised my husband's suit with hand beading and alterations! And the boys suits were also customised to match my husband's! Would 100% recommend bow and lace if you are looking to have a bespoke dress THAT no one else has! Or even any extra customisations or alterations

Amie was great from start to finish altering my wedding dress. I went to her for an initial consultation based on her reviews and was not disappointed. My dress was a fairly complicated job, lots and lots of lace applique and beading that needed removing and adding back on and Amie's attention to detail was brilliant. She took lots of care to do the alterations I asked for and suggested different options for other alterations to improve fit.Fittings were great, always made to feel really welcome and relaxed and bridesmaids welcomed in too.Would definitely recommend!

We actually made a lot of tweaks to how they arrived originally. She also tailored my partners suit. We loved them and felt very safe with our wedding bits and bobs in her hands! Would absolutely recommend! Also her shop is gorgeous, we probably should have bought my dress there instead if we realised!

Avayah's dress was custom made with lace net fabric over a light cappuccino colour stretch lining to mAtch her mum's wedding dress. She also had a hair band made to match her dress. Mum said "she cried happy tears on her wedding day because she was so happy" aaaawww.
